C. David Lewis has been helping individuals and organizations make sound financial decisions since 1986. David is a graduate of Baylor University where he earned a BBA degree in Finance and minored in accounting. While at Baylor he was a founding member of the Finance Club and served as the first portfolio manager for the club. Upon graduation he entered the investment industry with Rotan Mosle/Paine Webber. After several years, he joined Texas Life Insurance Company where he was involved in marketing, product development and distribution. In 1993, David combined all of his experiences with his desire to help people meet their financial goals, and formed his own firm as an independent. David has helped over 1,000 clients with various aspects of their financial needs. David is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative of NEXT Financial Group, Inc. NEXT is an independant Broker/Dealer based in Houston, Texas. David has been married to his wife, Susan for over 24 years. They have two children, Christopher, a senior at Second Baptist School and Courtney, a sophomore at Second Baptist School. David and Susan have served on the board of the Parents Association and they are the President-Elect of the Eagle Athletic Booster Club. David and his family are active members at Second Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon and has taught Bible Study classes to adults and junior high students.
