Junius Roberts is one of our Benefits Consultants and an integral part of the Americanized Benefit Consultants team. He brings an honest and service focused philosophy to each client relationship. He believes in developing and fostering career-lasting relationships by providing viable and affordable employee benefit solutions and ensuring each client has a useful and solid understanding of their benefits.
As our National Enrollment Coordinator, Junius oversees the management and execution of large group enrollments. He is also our Ancillary and Supplemental Benefits Specialist and Individual Health Insurance Advisor. In all his roles, Junius uses his diverse consulting background to deliver communications and development programs that successfully guide organizations in employee recruitment, retention enhancement, and employee benefits communications. |

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Grinnell College in Iowa, a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa, and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Junius is licensed as a Health and Life Agent in the State of Texas and holds non-residence licensees in several additional states. |
