Sylvia Harley is one of Americanized Benefit Consultants’ valued Client Service Representatives. She contributes more than 20 years of insurance experience to our team. Sylvia has extensive background in Customer Service and Medical Client Services and has worked at Firstcare and United Healthcare.

In an ever-changing market, Sylvia’s strong Spanish bilingual skills are a great asset to us and our clients during benefit presentations, enrollment meetings and in offering ongoing client support.

Sylvia is a native Texan with a heart for serving other people. A devoted wife and mother, Sylvia greatly enjoys her two sons, two daughters and four grandchildren.
