DR. THELMA COCKRELL,
WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Dr. Thelma Cockrell is the Wellness Director for Americanized Benefit Consultants.  Her lifelong commitment to health and nutrition along with 13 years as a practicing chiropractor, offer a well-rounded and experienced approach to designing wellness programs targeted at improving employee productivity and increasing longevity.

Thelma earned her degree from Texas Chiropractic College in 1995.  She is also a registered massage therapist.  She is experienced in treating patients of all ages and well-versed at designing programs to meet individual wellness needs.  Thelma offers a comprehensive approach to wellness by combining her professional experience with her extensive knowledge in nutrition, exercise, anti-aging and weight loss programs.
