While a Regional Sales Director for GE/Genworth Financial, he designed and implemented employee benefit plans for well over 100 self-funded clients. Wade also successfully facilitated partnerships with TPAs and managed care networks to significantly grow GE/Genworth Financial’s self-funded business. Wade is highly skilled at analyzing network savings to ensure clients the best financial outcome.
Wade worked closely with underwriters and actuaries to assist with strategic direction, rate reviews, pricing and product development. These long-standing personal and working relationships provide Americanized Benefit Consultants a unique advantage in securing clients the most competitive benefit plans.
In addition to new business development and employee benefit planning, Wade serves as a self-funded consultant to other insurance brokers evaluating their clients for compatibility with self-funded benefit options.
A native Houstonian, Wade earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married with three children. |
